Fall culinary adventure at Memorial Hospital Teaching Kitchen set for Sept. 27

CARTHAGE, Ill. — The Memorial Hospital Health and Wellness Center Teaching Kitchen will be the site of “The Best of Fall Foods” with Chef Amber Clark and registered dietitian Ashlyn Housewright on Friday, Sept. 27. This class will begin at 10 a.m. and wrap up after lunch.

Kknown for her expertise in crafting seasonal dishes, Clark will guide participants through the preparation of a menu that celebrates the best of the fall season. Housewright will share insights into the nutritional benefits of fall foods.

This event is open to people age 18 and older and is limited to 10 participants to ensure an intimate, hands-on experience. For a fee of $35 per participant, attendees will receive lunch, a collection of recipes and a variety of giveaways to take home.
