QUINCY — The Friends of the Log Cabins will host ghost tours at 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10 at the Lincoln-era Log Cabin Village on Quinsippi Island.

These tours will feature ghost medium Kae Blecha, divining the presence of those who once inhabited these 19th-century cabins. Assisting her will be Jodi Kamradt and Friends of the Log Cabins vice president Joe Newkirk.  They will provide historical narratives during this setting along the Mississippi River. The past will come alive for people over age 12 as they hear from spirits of hallowed ancestors and the lifestyle stories of local pioneers.

Cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 12 to 18.  Email logcabinvillagequincyil@gmail.com for reservations.
