Hannibal Arts Council offer free photo opportunity for children on Halloween
HANNIBAL, Mo. — The Hannibal Arts Council will offer a free Halloween photo opportunity for children in grades K-5 from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31, inside the Hannibal Arts Council, 105 S. Main.
The event corresponds with the Historic Hannibal Marketing Council’s Main Street Trick or Treat event in downtown Hannibal.
The first 100 participants who stop by the Hannibal Arts Council will get their Instax picture taken with a special photo op featuring “The Scream” by Edvard Munch and “American Gothic” by Grant Wood. Photos using the Instax camera and film will be available immediately. HAC volunteers will be handing out candy.
