Hannibal Arts Council offers two ‘Take and Make’ project pick-up dates
HANNIBAL, Mo. – The Hannibal Arts Council is offering free “Take and Make” pinecone owl project kits for kids ages 5-12 on two Saturday nights. The h-OWL-o-ween project is a free, fun and quick activity to take home and complete.
Free project supply kits can be picked up at the Hannibal Arts Council, 105 S Main, between 5-7 p.m. on Oct. 23 or Oct. 30. Kits will include all needed supplies, instructions and a Halloween treat. Children’s Committee volunteers will hand out kits while supplies last. To reserve a project kit for pickup on either date, contact the Hannibal Arts Council at 573-221-6545 or reservations@hannibalarts.com or stop by 105 S. Main.
Program sponsors are the General Mills Hometown Grantmaking Program, Community Foundation of West Central Illinois & Northeast Missouri, George H. Riedel Private Foundation, and the Missouri Arts Council, a state agency. Program scholarships available thanks to support from the Jesse David Cox Memorial Fund and HAC Program Scholarship Fund donors.
