Holly Jolly workshop for children is back Dec. 3

HANNIBAL, Mo. — The Hannibal Arts Council will offer its popular Holly Jolly holiday workshop for children ages 5-12 with two sessions on Saturday, Dec. 3. Session times to choose from are either 10:00 a.m. to noon or 1-3 p.m. 

Each session will consist of creating six holiday projects:

  • burlap reindeer ornament
  • ribbon tree ornament
  • origami candle
  • handprint Santa
  • sock snowman and
  • “The Night Before Christmas” mouse cards.

Cost is $10 per child with scholarships available upon request. Registration is required by calling the Hannibal Arts Council at 573-221-6545, stopping by the HAC office, 105 S. Main, or registering online at https://holly-jolly-workshop.eventbrite.com for both paid and scholarship requests.

Program sponsors are the General Mills Hometown Grantmaking Program and the Missouri Arts Council, a state agency. Program scholarships are available thanks to the support of the Jesse David Cox Memorial Fund and HAC Program Scholarship Fund donors.
