John Wood Haunted Hallway Halloween exhibit on display through Oct. 31

QUINCY — John Wood Community College’s Fine Arts Department is presenting the “Haunted Hallway,” a Halloween exhibit, through Oct. 31 in the Heath Center Art Gallery on the Quincy campus at 48th and Harrison. This exhibit is free and open to the public Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to noon.

The exhibit features an array of monsters, pumpkins and ghost themed pieces using a variety of spooky media. There will be certificate awards for different categories as well as art pieces for sale. A reception will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31, from 6 to 8 p.m. with an awards ceremony at 6:30 p.m.
