Origami workshop set for June 25 at Hannibal Arts Council

HANNIBAL, Mo. — The Hannibal Arts Council, 105 S. Main, and Hannibal Art Club will be the host of an origami workshop from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 25.

The workshop is open to anyone age 13 and older. Registration is required. The cost of the workshop is $25, which includes all supplies.

Starting with a simple sheet of paper featuring various colors, prints and patterns, participants will practice the art form’s intricate folding. Instructor Ling Go also will discuss the history of origami and how she discovered the art form.
