UScellular donates sound equipment, art supplies to the Hannibal Arts Council
HANNIBAL, Mo. — UScellular is donating needed items to the Hannibal Arts Council.
With its “Gift of Connection” program, UScellular is donating $5,000 worth of sound equipment, art supplies and more to help the organization further the creation, support and promotion of community arts programs that inspire creativity in all its forms.
The council received a sound system, microphones, art canvases, acrylic craft paint, Sculpey clay, scissors, watercolor paint, colored pencil and oil pastel sets, as well as banquet tables and office chairs.
In a press release, Brittanny Bastian, store manager for UScellular in Hannibal, said, “The Hannibal Arts Council does so much for the Hannibal community, so we want to help them deliver the much-needed support they provide with a donation of sound equipment, art supplies and other requested items. At UScellular, we strive to unleash the power of our communities and are excited to help connect people to what matters most this holiday season.”
This donation is one of 40 non-profit donations to organizations across the country in honor of UScellular’s 40th anniversary. The company is helping organizations that bring people and communities together to enjoy genuine connections through arts, music, sports and food with needed supplies.

In addition, UScellular is inviting the community to participate in the Gift of Connection through a donation drive at participating UScellular retail locations.
