Works by Quincy Artists Guild members to be on display Aug 12-19 at Cheryl Loatsch Studio
QUINCY — Quincy Artists Guild members will display their artwork Aug. 12-19 at the Cheryl Loatsch Studio, 334 S. 48th, with viewing hours of 10 a.m.-4 p.m.. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturdays.
The studio is closed on Sundays. This exhibition is free and open to the public.
The artists have produced a wide variety of art working with different media such as oils, watercolors and pastels. Throughout the year, the guild members share new techniques and demonstrations with each other.
This year’s exhibition will honor Joan Cook and her dedication to the arts community and the Quincy Artists Guild. Up-and-coming artist Flora Bartz also will have works of art on display.
If you are an artist or have always wanted to be, the Quincy Artists Guild welcomes you to become a member and share the love of painting, sketching, print making, ceramics, jewelry and more.
