Adams County Sheriff’s Department offering ‘Trunk or Treat’ event on Oct. 28

QUINCY — The Adams County Sheriff’s Department is having a “Trunk or Treat” event from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Oct. 28 at the Adams County Courthouse, 521 Vermont. Parking for the event will be east of Sixth and Vermont in the jail parking lot, in the municipal lot across the street or in the Central Baptist Church parking lot. They will be accepting donations of canned goods to benefit local food pantries.
