Another Quincy street closure…hey, you wanted them fixed

Starting today, Wednesday, June 9, South 12^th St. between Payson Avenue and Ohio will be closed to through traffic.  This section of roadway will re-open to traffic on Friday, June 18.

The road is being closed by a privately hired contractor to allow for the repair of a failed sewer line in the area. Motorists are reminded to drive carefully near the construction work zone and to use an alternate travel route when possible.
