Applications for positions at Quincy Police Department now available

QUINCY — Applications for positions at the Quincy Police Department are available at Quincy City Hall. 730 Maine, or by visiting the City of Quincy website: http://www.quincyil.gov/employment.  

Applications must be submitted to the Board of Fire & Police Commissioners at 730 Maine, Suite 123, no later than 4:30 p.m. Nov. 30. The application also may be scanned and emailed to fire&policeboard@quincyil.gov.  

Applicants can order the “Police Aptitude and Character Test, PACT Candidate Orientation Guide” at  https://www.fpsi.com/product/pact-orientation-guide/. The PACT Candidate Orientation Guide is a helpful tool to prepare for the exam and can be downloaded as a PDF file, saved and printed. A candidate can buy this guide at a one-time cost of $15.
