Barry man facing 10 counts of child pornography after Thursday arrest
BARRY, Ill. — A Barry man was arrested Thursday and faces 10 counts of child pornography.
The Pike County Sheriff’s Department was notified at the beginning of February 2024 by the Federal Bureau of Investigations of a possible child pornography suspect. Chief Deputy Zack Orr, a member of the Illinois Attorney General’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, was assigned to the investigation.
The Pike County Sheriff’s Department and Illinois State Police concluded the investigation on Thursday, Feb. 15, resulting in the arrest of Brandon L. Frame, 33.
Frame is alleged to have possessed videos of children under the age of 13 engaged in various sexual acts. He was arrested and lodged in the Pike County Jail.
The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Program helps state and local law enforcement agencies develop a response to technology-facilitated child sexual exploitation and Internet crimes against children.
