Domestic disturbance results in gunfire in Palmyra
PALMYRA, Mo. —- No injuries were reported in a domestic disturbance on Friday morning where a single gunshot was fired.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 call Thursday morning off Highway C in reference to a domestic disturbance in progress.
Chelsey G. Riley was arrested and is being held at the Marion County Jail.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office reported this as an isolated event and said there is no threat to the community.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Marion County Ambulance, Marion County R2 Fire and EMS, and Monroe City Police.
