Endangered Silver Advisory issued in Monroe County for missing Stoutsville man

STOUTSVILLE, Mo. — The Monroe County Sheriff’s Department has issued an Endangered Silver Advisory for a missing adult incident that occurred at 39020 Monroe Road 556 in Stoutsville at 5 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26.

The missing adult is Hansil Dean Hartle, a white male, age 84, 5 foot 11 inches, 160 pounds, gray and white hair, blue eyes, wearing a red and white shirt, blue coat with a cardinal emblem and blue jeans. He has been diagnosed with dementia.

He drives a dark blue 2017 Ford Explorer with a Missouri license plate. He was last seen on Clarkson Road at Clayton Road in Ellisville. The sheriff’s department reports Hartle left home with an unknown intended destination.  Hartle’s vehicle was last seen on a license plate reader at Clarkson Road at Clayton Road in Ellisville at 12:07 p.m. Tuesday.

Anyone seeing the missing person or vehicle, or anyone with information related to the endangered missing person, should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department at 660-327-5175.
