Farm machinery, large equipment can cross Bayview Bridge during overnight hours

QUINCY — The Bayview Bridge is open to two-way traffic while work is being done on the Memorial Bridge. Farm machinery and large equipment can cross the bridge daily from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

People who want to cross the bridge with farm machinery and large equipment must call the Quincy/Adams County Dispatch Center at (217) 222-9360.  Officers will be dispatched to the bridge to block traffic so the equipment can cross. Do not cross the bridge until told so by the officer on scene or from the dispatch center.
