Officers arrested Katie Snyder, 42, Wade Ragar, 34, Abigail Kirby, 44, and Terry Failor, 42. All were charged with possession of a controlled substance, and all are lodged in the Marion County Jail pending a review from the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney.
