Missouri man arrested in Quincy on outstanding warrants

QUINCY — A Vandalia, Mo. man was arrested Monday afternoon in Quincy on a series of outstanding warrants, including Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

Detectives from the Quincy Police Department had been looking for Terrance Horton on an outstanding Adams County warrant for Possession of Firearm by a Felon and FTA-Aggravated Battery, as well as Missouri warrants from Phelps County.

Horton was located in the 1600 block of Jersey at 4:30 p.m. Monday and was taken into custody. He was found to be in possession of another firearm at that time.

He was arrested and lodged in the Adams County Jail on the outstanding warrants and a new charge of Possession of Firearm by a Felon.
