Name of driver killed in two-car crash Thursday near Fall Creek released

FALL CREEK, Ill. — Adams County Coroner Scott Graham has released the name of the driver of one of the vehicles involved in a two-car crash Thursday afternoon on Illinois 57 and North 400th Avenue in Fall Creek Township.
Pronounced dead at the scene was John N. Frazine of Quincy.
A press release sent Friday afternoon the Adams County Sheriff’s Department said no further information is available. The incident remains under investigation by the sheriff’s department, the Adams County Coroner’s Office and the Illinois State Police.
