Friends of the Trails conducted a ribbon cutting and check presentation on Oct. 5 to celebrate the opening of a sidewalk on North 24th Street.  This connection links residential neighborhoods on Northbrook Road, Southbrook Road and Wismann Lane to the Bill Klingner Trail. The project was funded by a grant from the Marion Gardner Jackson Charitable Trust, the City of Quincy, and Friends of the Trails. The check for $38,934 from the Friends of the Trails represents its portion of the project.
