One taken to Blessing Hospital after car crashes into side of Fatbacks on Friday night

QUINCY — The driver of a vehicle that crashed into the side of a Quincy business was treated and released from Blessing Hospital on Friday night.

Quincy Police Department officers responded at 8:02 p.m. Friday, May 30, to 24th and Lind for a traffic accident. The investigation showed that a vehicle traveling westbound on Lind disregarded a stop sign and collided with a northbound vehicle. After the collision, one of the vehicles then hit Fatbacks, a restaurant at 901 N. 24th.

Adams County EMS responded to the scene. The driver of the westbound vehicle was given a citation for disregarding a stop sign.
