QUINCY —  Street lights are out in the center of Quincy and several Broadway businesses are without power following high winds that blew through the city overnight.

Multiple trees are also down along Broadway and in other parts of Quincy. Broadway is open, but a fallen tree has closed R.J. Peters Drive, west of 12th and Harrison.
