QND Extravaganza, ‘Anchored in Faith,’ set for Nov. 19 at Ambiance

QUINCY — The QND Extravaganza will be held at 6 p.m. Nov. 19 at the Ambiance, 5225 Koch’s Lane. Tickets for the event are $65 per person through Nov. 10. Dinner, drinks and a bid number for all live and silent auctions are included. All proceeds benefit Quincy Notre Dame High School. This year’s theme is “Anchored in Faith.”

“The QND Extravaganza allows us to address a variety of needs without significantly impacting tuition,” QND Principal Mark McDowell said.  “In addition, it provides a terrific opportunity for the greater Raider family to join together in celebration of our past, present and future.”

The QND Extravaganza will feature a raffle with a grand prize of $3,000 cash or a $4,000 tuition credit to QND or a Quincy Catholic elementary school. Raffle tickets are $50 each. Additionally, an online silent auction will open at 5 p.m. Nov. 17.

Caricature artist Jamie Green will be available throughout the evening to draw portraits. He has been drawing caricatures in the Quincy area since 1993. The attractive portrait-like style is suitable for framing.
