UPDATE: Adams County Coroner identifies man found dead in Oak Street neighborhood

QUINCY — Adams County Coroner Scott Graham has identified the man found dead Wednesday in a yard in the 1400 block of Oak Street.

The deceased has been identified as Jordan Matthew Story, 37, of 2428 College in Quincy. Graham said the cause of death appears to be natural causes.

Around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Quincy Police officers were sent to the 1400 block of Oak on a report that an individual was unconscious on the ground and not moving.

Once officers arrived they found a man who was deceased.

Neighbors in the area reported a broken fence panel next to the body.

Investigators were sent out to investigate the scene along with the Adams County Coroner’s Office.
