Quincy man, 92, arrested Friday on criminal sexual abuse involving victim under age 13

QUINCY — A 92-year-old Quincy man was arrested Friday on sexual assault charges.
The Quincy Police Department arrested Lionel Surratt at his residence on an Adams County warrant for one count of predatory criminal sexual assault and one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse involving a victim under 13 years of age.
Surratt initially was lodged in the Adams County Jail but later released after posting a $7,500 cash bond.
