Quincy man arrested, charged with criminal sexual assault of juvenile

QUINCY — A Quincy man was arrested Tuesday and charged with criminal sexual assault.
Detectives from the Quincy Police Department had been investigating a report of possible sexual abuse of a juvenile that occurred in 2021. As part of the investigation, a juvenile was interviewed at the Child Advocacy Center.
William Dees, 33, was located by QPD detectives and arrested for criminal sexual assault. Dees is lodged in the Adams County Jail pending a detention hearing.
