Quincy man, Palmyra man arrested in separate incidents by Missouri State Highway Patrol

The Missouri State Highway Patrol recently released reports detailing several arrests made in northeast Missouri between Feb. 14-18.
Joseph V. Rosenburg, 42, of Quincy, Ill., was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 15, in Lewis County. He was taken into custody on a Marion County warrant for a traffic violation. Rosenburg was transported to the Marion County Jail.
Daniel W. Runnoe, 31, of Palmyra, was arrested at 2:33 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 18, in Marion County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and following too closely. Runnoe was transported to the Marion County Jail and later released.
