Quincy Police investigating Sunday morning stabbing incident outside Casey’s

QUINCY — The Quincy Police Department is searching for a person who was involved in a stabbing incident early Sunday morning outside Casey’s, 2418 N. 24^th.

Officers with the Quincy Police Department were dispatched to Blessing Hospital at 3:56 a.m. Sunday in reference to a subject sustaining a stab wound. Officers learned of an altercation that took place outside of Casey’s. 

The victim was treated at Blessing Hospital for serious injuries. QPD officers do not believe the incident is random, and the investigation continues. Anyone with information about this crime should contact the Quincy Police Department at 217-228-4470.
