Brian A. Martin, 36, last known address in the 600 block of North Sixth in Quincy, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for attempting to damage or destroy an interstate pipeline.

Martin is 5-foot-11 tall and 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
