Brian A. Martin Jr., 36, last known address in the 600 block of N. Sixth Street in Quincy, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for attempting to damage or destroy an interstate pipeline facility.

Martin is 5 foot, 11 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
