Bruce K. Dyer, 51, last known address in the 700 block of S. 23rd Street in Quincy, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for being a violent offender against the youth registration act.

Dyer is 5-foot-5 tall and 175 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
