Buddy R. Baker, 46, last known address in the 1200 block of Horne in Quincy, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle.
Baker is 6 foot, 1 inch tall and weighs 245 pounds. He is bald and has brown eyes.
