Heather M. Osborne, 26, last known address in the 900 block of North Seventh in Quincy, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for home invasion and driving on a suspended license.

Osborne is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
