Jacob L. Shipe, 37, last known address in the 5400 block of Watchtower Road in Quincy, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for burglary and theft.

Shipe is 6 foot, 3 inches tall and 210 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.
