Jeffrey C. Borovay, 43, last known address in the 1100 block of North Ninth in Quincy, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for possession of meth.

Borovay is 5-foot-8 tall and 170 pounds with a black hair and brown eyes.
