Jeremiah J. Hester, 34, last known address in the 600 block of College in Quincy, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for theft, criminal damage to property and aggravated battery.

Hester is 6 foot tall and 160 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
