Joshua J. Sipes, last known address of 600 block of North 14th in Quincy, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for forgery use of a debit card.

Sipes is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. He has black/gray hair and brown eyes.
