Philip A. Covert, 40, last known address in the 300 block of Spring in Quincy, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for aggravated fleeing and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Covert is 5-foot-10 tall and 220 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
