Terrill D. Phillips, 45, last known address of 200 block of Lind in Quincy, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for aggravated battery to a peace officer.
Phillips is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 187 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
