Tyshaia T.D. Smith, 23, last known address in the 300 block of Locust in Quincy, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for unlawful vehicular invasion.
Smith is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
