Zakkary R.J. Perry, 32, last known address in the 300 block of Sycamore in Quincy, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and obstructing ID.

Perry is 6 foot tall and 160 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
