Seven local restaurants to donate portion of proceeds to ‘Dream Big’ campaign

QUINCY — The Quincy Public Schools Foundation has created a partnership with local restaurants called “Dine to Dream Big” from Nov. 1-5 to raise funds for the annual Dream Big campaign as part of the larger “Week to Dream Big” campaign blitz.  

A portion of each participating restaurant’s proceeds for the day will be contributed to the foundation. The schedule is: 

Monday: Carter’s Coffee Bar, 3815 Maine, 5:30 a.m.-8 p.m., and Little Caesars Pizza, 2638 Broadway, 11 a.m.-9 p.m. 

Tuesday: Tower Pizza and Mexican, 2701 Broadway, 4-10 p.m. 

Wednesday: Bailey’s Coffeehouse and Fudge, 3024 Broadway, 7 a.m.-9 p.m., and Tiramisu, 131 N. Fourth, 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and 4-8:30 p.m. 

Thursday: Dunnbelly’s Bar and Bistro, 4403 Broadway, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 4:30-8 p.m. 

Friday: Electric Fountain Brewing Company, 625 Maine, Suite 103, 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m. and the Food Truck Festival at Flinn Memorial Stadium, 4400 Maine, 4:30 p.m.-8 p.m. 

Gifts to the Dream Big campaign should be made to QPS Foundation and can be mailed to the Foundation office at Quincy High School, 33rd and Maine, or online at qpsfoundation.org.
