Ten Quincy Notre Dame seniors named Illinois State Scholars

QUINCY — Ten students from the senior class at Quincy Notre Dame recently were recognized as Illinois State Scholars. This award is given annually by the Illinois Student Assistance Commission to students who rank in the top 10 percent of high school seniors in the state. Selection is based on a combination of ACT or SAT scores and class rank at the end of a student’s junior year.

Recognized were Olivia Fuqua, Teresa Drotar, Josh VanderBol, Brooke Holman, Sergio Raad, Emily Strieker, Emma Borrowman, Logan Zanger, Jack Staff and Drew McDonald.
