Three injured in two-vehicle crash on Veterans Road in Hannibal on Monday night

HANNIBAL, Mo. — Three people were injured Monday night in a two-vehicle crash on Veterans Road in Hannibal.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the crash occurred at 5:17 p.m. when a 2022 Toyota RAV4, driven by a 71-year-old man from Canton, was traveling eastbound and failed to yield. The vehicle was struck by a northbound 2019 Buick Encore driven by a 65-year-old woman from Hannibal.

The woman driving the Buick sustained moderate injuries. A 69-year-old woman, a passenger in the Toyota, also sustained moderate injuries. The Toyota’s driver suffered minor injuries. All three people were transported by Marion County Ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital.

The Marion County Sheriff’s Department, Hannibal City Fire Department, and Hannibal Rural Fire Department.
