Town hall meeting about sex offenders, sexually violent people set for Wednesday in Quincy Senior Center
QUINCY — The Quincy Police Department will have a town hall meeting about sex offenders and sexually violent people at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 26 in the Quincy Senior Center, 639 York.
This meeting will be an opportunity to meet with James Brown, a sergeant with the Quincy Police Department, to learn about the sex offender/murderer registration program and discover how to check which offenders might be living in your neighborhood. The local release of sexually violent people and more information about that program also will be discussed.
