Two from Quincy injured in Tuesday afternoon crash on County Road 425 in Hannibal

HANNIBAL, Mo. — A Quincy, Ill., woman and man were injured Tuesday, Oct. 23 in an afternoon crash on County Road 425 in Hannibal.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported in a press release that a 2012 Honda CRV driven by Alaysia C. Dade, 23, of Quincy was northbound at 3:04 p.m. when it left the right side of the road, then struck a concrete pillar. Dade was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital with minor injuries by Marion County Ambulance. 

Air Evac took passenger Johnny E. David, 31, of Quincy, with serious injuries to University Hospital in Columbia.

Marion County Sheriff’s Department provided assistance.
