QUINCY — Adams County Sheriff’s deputes arrested a Quincy man Sunday following an early morning break-in Saturday at the Chelsea Adult Superstore. Just Before 5 a.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an alarm at Chelsea, 4804 Gardner Expressway.
