I was under the impression that all dog owners should have their dogs leashed. Obviously that’s not the case in the Wilmar and North Wilmar area. We take such care to keep our lawns clean and manicured, but some stupid mutt (I mean the dog) thinks it is OK to soil our yard with its poop.…
