QUINCY — The deadline for tickets to be turned in for the $25,000 Early Bird drawing, as part of the Quincy Catholic Elementary Schools and Quincy Notre Dame Foundation’s 13th annual “Everybody Wins” Mega Raffle, is 4 p.m. Friday, May 3.  The raffle could sell out before this deadline date.
