City Hall to be open, water utility clerk office closed on Election Day; garbage pickup, city buses on regular schedules

QUINCY — Quincy City Hall will be open Tuesday, Nov. 5, during general election day. However, the water utility clerk office inside City Hall will be closed. Central Services will be open on Tuesday but with limited services available. Garbage will be picked up on Tuesday, and city buses will operate on their regular schedule.
